Online Session Information and Consent

If you choose an online (remote) session, you are considered to have read and accepted the following.

Session Platform

Online sessions take place via Google Meet; the session link is provided to you on your appointment management page.

Confidentiality

Sessions are not recorded. To protect the quality and confidentiality of the connection, we recommend being alone in a private space where you cannot be overheard.

Technical Limitations

Internet connection issues may affect the session; if the connection drops, the specialist will try to call you back or reconnect.

Emergencies

Online sessions are not an emergency response service. If you feel at immediate risk during or outside a session, call 112 or go to the nearest healthcare facility right away.

Consent

By requesting an online session, you confirm that you have read the above, understand its limitations, and agree to the session under these terms.
