Client: You, as identified in the appointment form.

Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the distance (online, via the website) purchase of the psychological counseling service offered by the provider, whether delivered online or in person.

Performance of the Service

The service is performed at the date and time you select in the appointment form, in the session format (in-person/online) you choose.

Fee and Payment

The session fee may vary depending on the matter addressed, the client's age, and the process; payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the related Distance Contracts Regulation, once performance of the service has begun with the client's consent and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised. If the session has not yet started, you may request cancellation under our cancellation policy.

Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
