Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, no fee is charged / any fee paid is refunded.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice are charged the full session fee.

If you have enrolled in a multi-session package program, no refund is given once the program has started.
